Our Story
NewGreen was built from two complementary paths: residential leasing and operations on one side, and lending, development, and risk on the other. We came together around one goal— to make property management easier, more reliable, and more effective for owners and tenants alike.

Adrian Bennett
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Adrian brings 15+ years of experience in real estate lending, underwriting, and development, with a strong foundation in evaluating and managing residential, industrial, and commercial assets across Ontario. Over the course of his career, he has led underwriting and business development for one of the province’s leading private lenders, assessing project feasibility, risk, financing structures, and long-term value. He has also managed an international development team on large-scale residential construction projects, giving him a practical understanding of how projects move from concept to completion.
At NewGreen Property Services, Adrian brings a strategic, financially grounded perspective to property management. He helps owners make informed decisions by translating budgets, risk factors, and property performance into clear, actionable plans. His background is especially valuable for investors and owners who want more than day-to-day oversight — they want thoughtful guidance on operations, asset performance, and long-term potential.
Adrian holds a BA in International Economics and Finance from Ryerson University, along with certifications in Cost Estimating and Construction Contract Law.

Fionna Jeffrey
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Fionna has been helping people find, lease, and enjoy their homes since 2010, working across the full residential cycle with buyers, sellers, and landlords throughout the GTA.
Over the years, she’s built a reputation for warm, steady service and practical problem-solving in leasing and property management. She also brings exposure to commercial real estate—supporting leasing assignments and collaborating with national REITs—which adds valuable perspective when mixed-use properties or commercial spaces are part of the portfolio.
Today, Fionna leads NewGreen’s day-to-day operations and resident experience, with a people-first approach that keeps properties running smoothly and residents well supported.
